Dania Beach is a small city in Florida. Its population is around 30,000 but the city is a part of the South Florida metro. While Dania Beach doesn’t actually include that much beach, it is home to several amusement parks and the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame and Museum.
The area of Dania Beach Heights, sometimes referred to as Triangle Village, is a hidden gay community that hasn’t really become that well-known yet. However, this area is full of charm and historical buildings. It’s rapidly gentrifying, but don’t let that scare you away. Even though the population is older, the town is still quite friendly and welcoming to everyone.
This neighborhood, and Dania Beach overall, actually aren’t as expensive as you may think. Condos can cost as little as $70,000 for a small space, although larger condos do cost upwards of $250,000. Single family homes tend to range from $60,000 to $850,000.
