Inglewood, CA, Top LGBT Neighborhoods and Home Prices

Inglewood Gay Neighborhoods

Inglewood, California, is a part of the Greater Los Angeles Area and is home to over 100,000 people. The city is currently known for being the future location of the Los Angeles Rams, an NFL team that is currently based out of St. Louis. In 2019, they will return to Los Angeles, the city they were based out of from 1946 until 1994.

Of course, Inglewood has more than just a new football team going for it. It has a major symphony, a huge annual arts festival, and is located near the beach and many of the famous landmarks and event centers of LA.

While Inglewood doesn’t have a gay neighborhood per se, many LGBT people have gravitated towards North Inglewood due to the fact that it’s where the art scene is growing. Like most of the LA area, Inglewood real estate can be pricy, but they can also be quite affordable if you know where to look. A condo, for example, can run anywhere from $195,000 to $400,000. Single-family homes are usually priced between $270,000 and $835,000.
