 Representing a new post-bubble high, Las Vegas experienced a 31.2% jump in annual home prices in July, becoming the first metro to surpass 30% growth since the beginning of the recovery. Buyers move at a slower pace in June

The percentage of homes that went under contract within two weeks dropped from 31.9% nationwide in May to 30.5% in June, according to the latest report from Redfin.
