Fire Safety Experts Call for Sprinklers in New Homes

Other

New homes have been found to burn much faster than older homes due to a change in building materials the last decade. The increased use of prefabricated, lightweight construction materials in new-homes today has caused homes to burn and collapse faster than homes that use traditional solid-wood frame construction, increasing the importance of having fire sprinkler systems and Fire Suppression Testing at home or business properties, firefighters and fire safety groups say. Yet, California and Maryland remain the only two states that require sprinklers to be installed in new homes. […]

Student loan debt soared to $1 trillion this year. The report from Young Invincibles, “Denied? Why is Customer Satisfaction With Real Estate Companies Falling?

Other

A new J.D. Power and Associates study suggests that customer satisfaction with real estate companies is falling among home buyers and sellers.
