Taikwok Yung is accused of acquiring four Trump-related domain names, such as “trumpmumbai.com” and “trumpindia.com.” Yung reportedly acquired the domain names in 2007 when the Trump organization had announced plans to construct Trump-branded hotels and condos in Mumbai and Bangalore, India. The nation’s shadow inventory of distressed properties is down substantially from peak levels reached in January 2010, Irvine, Calif.-based CoreLogic said Tuesday. From its peak three years ago, the nation’s shadow inventory has fallen 28%, with 2.2 million units left sitting in the pipeline during the month of January. Home sales are projected to post some big gains in the next two years, according to Fannie Mae’s latest monthly economic outlook. Starting Monday, borrowers will be charged higher mortgage insurance premiums on new Federal Housing Administration loans. The annual fee on the majority of FHA loans will rise by 0.1 percent on April 1. This marks the third time the FHA has increased its mortgage insurance premiums in two years.
