The parents of a woman who was married to Boston marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev put their North Kingstown, R.I., home up for sale the day after the suspect was killed in gunfire with police in Massachusetts. In 21 of the 24 major metro markets, new listings are outnumbering new sales contracts, according to the real estate brokerage ZipRealty in its latest market report. The supply of homes may “finally start to keep pace with frenzied buyer activity,” says Lanny Baker, ZipRealty CEO.
