In 2012, 72.6 percent of salespeople who used social media for selling out-performed those who weren’t using social media, according to new research conducted by Jim Keenan, a social sales specialist. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) proposed a new rule in January that requires lenders to carefully scrutinize borrowers’ ability to repay their mortgages. Existing-home sales rose in April but remain below underlying demand because of limited inventory and tight credit, according to the National Association of REALTORS®. All regions are showing strong price gains from a year ago. Man Accused of Stalking More Than 20 Agents

Following a 6-month search, police arrested a 32-year old man on charges of stalking more than 20 female real estate agents in the Nashville area over the past year. Police allege that Robert Green sent provocative text messages and naked pictures of himself to the female agents.
