Real estate professionals recommend that buyers check the noise level surrounding the home at various times of day and days of the week, such as the weekday versus the weekend. For example, is the home in a flight path or on […]

I was born and raised in Cleveland’s Eastern Suburbs and chose to move back after spending time in San Francisco, Portland, and Atlanta. A great sense of community, very affordable cost of living, and vibrant cultural institutions set Cleveland apart from those other places. This is truly a fantastic city and I’m thrilled to be home, and excited to help you find or sell yours.

Florida housing market thrives as foreclosure woes and cash buyers fade

Other

Florida’s housing market is recovering, actually for some time now. As one of the hardest-hit metros during the housing crisis, it also enjoys one of the strongest comebacks during the recovery. Though the inability to fully quantify the all-cash investor’s fading presence in the market is dampening the good news. “Home sales continue to increase, it’s taking less time for sales to close, and median sales prices are on the rise,” said […]

Home Prices Rising at Unsustainable Rate

Buying a Home

Home prices have been soaring by double digits compared to last year’s numbers and the National Association of REALTORS® are calling the rises unsustainable.
