After more than13 years of practice as a full-time top-producing agent, I have produced over $100M in residential and commercial sales. My first 6 years in the business was in Fort Lauderdale, where I was also the go-to expert witness for several law firms.

I moved to Albuquerque in 2019, and have not only build a thriving business in this city that I love, but I've also become an excellent pathway into the gay community. My husband and I host a party at our home on Friday nights from April through Oct. Our guest list hovers around 400 and has been filtered to create a warm, inviting, drama-free atmosphere where people from all professions and spectrums of the rainbow can meet old friends and make new ones. If you're relocating from out of state, I do all the heavy lifting for you. It's very difficult if not impossible to get a true sense of the condition of a home through photoshopped perfect looking pictures. To overcome this, I will tour the homes you're interested in and send you complete narrated walk-through tours. I promise to show you the good, bad, ugly and fabulous along with footage of the drive through the neighborhood. I have been personally involved in 63 property flips, so very little gets by me. All of my out-of-town buying customers have felt comfortable enough to make offers, and travel only for the inspections and final decision.

If you need to list your property, I am the only broker in ABQ that personally shows all of his listings. For that extra peace-of-mind, I also provide (for free) $50,000 in Errors and Omission Insurance to all my sellers, and I syndicate your listing to 100 trusted international web sites.
