Bradleigh is a New Mexico–based Transgender real estate professional with deep roots in the Land of Enchantment and a passion for helping people build long-term stability through property ownership. A New Mexico native of 45 years, Bradleigh grew up in Ruidoso and has called Albuquerque home for the past 25 years, bringing unmatched local insight to clients across Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas.

Licensed for 8 years and a landlord for more than 12, Bradleigh offers hands-on experience in residential, multifamily, and income-generating investment properties. With over 15 years of marketing expertise, Bradleigh knows how to position properties strategically, negotiate effectively, and guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction with clarity and confidence.

Bradleigh has extensive experience assisting clients with rural land purchases, buying and selling residential real estate, multifamily investments, and income properties. Additional services include support with estate sales, property clean-up coordination, and helping clients navigate complex transitions with care and efficiency.

A dedicated advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, Bradleigh also owns and operates an LGBTQ-friendly guest house and is deeply committed to expanding homeownership opportunities within the community. Creating safe, affirming, and empowering real estate experiences is at the heart of Bradleigh’s work.

Outside of real estate, Bradleigh is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping, and fishing throughout New Mexico’s diverse landscapes—and is a proud dog lover who appreciates homes with space to roam.
