About Rob

Growing up in the lakes region of southern Maine, I have always been enchanted by this state and all it has to offer. From summertime on the coast to wintertime in the mountains, I’m constantly finding new ways to enjoy our great state. I returned to real estate, my true passion, after a decade-long hiatus during which I worked in the risk management industry. Having developed a keen eye for dormant potential in spaces through my own experience buying and renovating homes over the years, I am truly passionate about the process of finding ways to help people achieve their goals and dreams - whether working with a first time buyer or a seasoned investor.

I live in the West End of Portland with my husband, Phil, and our two cats, Jack and Diane. We love living in the heart of Portland and enjoying all it has to offer: world-class restaurants, incredible breweries, seafood, and all of the culture of this great city. We feel incredibly lucky to call Vacationland home. Phil and I are passionate real estate investors ourselves, having bought and sold several homes and rental properties over the past decade, and I value those experiences and the knowledge it allows me to bring to the table for my clients. We enjoy running our rental business as well, with short-term rentals peppered throughout southern Maine and a few long-term units right in Portland.

Outside of real estate, when I'm not enjoying Portland or the great outdoors, I love to travel and experience other cultures - whether it’s Europe, Australia, or a new corner of the US.
