About Jennifer

Jenni Welch is a Waupaca resident, specializing in guiding people through the emotional experience that buying and selling a home can bring.

She is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin where she studied marketing, digital marketing, business management and photography.

She is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. She is a lesbian realtor, whom has helped other LGBTQ find their home sweet home. She is the president of the Northeast Wisconsin NAGLREP chapter and a member of the WRA cultural diversity committee, which advocates for fair housing rights and equality in the real estate system.

Jenni is also a Homes for Heroes affiliate, she gives back to her local heroes as a way to thank them for their service. Supporting Teachers, Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Health Care Professionals, and EMS.

In her downtime Jenni enjoys camping, reading, coffee shop testing, and yoga.
