About Richard

Being among the people we trust the most, Richard has made nursing his life profession. Even more, Richard worked to earn his Doctorate in Nursing, joining an elite group that only 5% of nurses ever achieve.

Because Richard managed critical care units, being responsible for patients who are at their sickest, he has a level of caring and understanding that he applies to his real estate clients.

Like patients in the critical care unit, home sellers and buyers are often in very vulnerable positions where timing, care and understanding their needs is of utmost importance to having a good outcome.

Being a young RN working on his masters degree in Nursing, Richard managed a dialysis unit at Centennial Medical Center then opened StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna where he was the Associate Chief Nurse and Vice President of Quality, Risk Management and Clinical Education. Currently, Richard is a tenured faculty member in the MTSU School of Nursing where he teaches Critical Care and serves as the Associate Director.

Richard and his partner, Preston, work together creating a dynamic team that combines a variety of knowledge and experience to bring the absolute best value to their clients.

We have very different strengths and with us, you get the consistency, support and knowledge of two agents. We want each client to have the best experience when trusting us with their most valuable asset.
