As a retired educator, meeting diverse client needs is a natural strength for me. If you have ever experienced a room full of children, you understand that teachers have mad negotiation skills! I love the art of negotiation and focus on understanding exactly what buyers and sellers are looking for in the transaction. It is close to my heart to be an advocate, I recently joined other property specialists around the US to assist those facing short sale and foreclosure. Home owners are at a serious disadvantage when trying to navigate mortgage delinquencies.

I also get a lot of satisfaction working with out of state buyers who are relocating or investing in Missouri. As a Real Estate investor myself, born and raised in Missouri, I am a great resource for those relocating, retiring, and investing who are looking to maximize their available funds in a market that is still reasonably priced!
