About Gigi

Gigi has an enduring passion for old houses and for making any and every space inviting. She became interested in real estate while teaching herself the ins and outs of the home buying process and specializes in connecting buyers of all stripes with state and federal home-buying resources. She believes homeownership is a vital tool for planting generational wealth and the glue that holds together the neighborhoods which make New Orleans so singular. She also knows how daunting the process can be and is happy to help folks navigate first-time home buying and selling.

A theatre-maker by trade, Gigi holds a BA from the University of New Orleans and an MFA in playwriting from UT Austin. When not connecting people to spaces they love, she may be found in Brooklyn where she also shares time, making meals with her partner in their Bywater house, or plotting up a new piece of theatre.

Gigi was simply amazing! She helped with everything from local area recommendations, to inspection and closing. We could not have asked for a better realtor!! We are giving her 10 out 10 for sure! I found your website online and could not be happier with the overall experience! I will definitely recommend your site to anyone looking to buy sell. It was extremely important to me to feel safe and ask questions that were LGBTQ related for each area we looked at the house, and Gigi was able to help and guide me in the right direction! Overall amazing experience!
