Mark lives with his husband James in rural NW Georgia along with their six dogs, a coop full of chickens, an aquarium full of fish, and a one-eyed cat named Wink.

Integrity, honesty, and the philosophy that if you lead with service the money will follow is my catalyst. The client's bottom line is much more important than anything else. With 13 years in business, three of those as an Associate Broker for another firm, and now in my second year as an Owner/Qualifying Broker of my own firm, the relationships are still most important. Mutual trust and loyalty is always the goal. A real estate transaction is a process, not an event. And with any process all parties have to place their trust in it. My referral rate is my testimony and what sets me apart.
Specialties:- I don't work a "niche" market. If it makes sense to all parties, I will go where the work needs to be done. I'm a Georgia native & I routinely remind people I have a Georgia license, in what part of Georgia do you need me? I have listed & sold property from the mountains to the coast. The obvious specialty is working with buyers & sellers in residential & commercial in the Metropolitan Atlanta area & NW Georgia.
