After calling Atlanta home for many years experiencing the fast pace, diversity and ever-expanding opportunities of such an incredible city- Manny is very excited to be a part of the Common Ground family. Upon graduating from Berry College in 2008, he quickly came to the realization that the growing metropolis to which he had relocated would bring him closer to the family business of Property Development and Investment Properties.
Having previously worked in higher education and information technology, Manny has resolved to use his strong customer service skills to follow his true passion in the world of real estate. Having learned a great deal from his parents and their business throughout his life, he is now primed to assist great people with finding the home of their dreams.
In his spare time, Manny enjoys traveling, singing, going to the gym and hanging out in the city with family and friends alike. Having lived in metro Atlanta for over 10 years, he has always enjoyed exploring all of the LGBTQ culture that such a wonderful city like Atlanta offers. As a native Spanish speaker, Manny is primed to assist a wide variety of clients to make the home buying or selling process as seamless as possible.
