About Ricardo

A professional in Real Estate, has been in the industry for almost 12 years. He started his first steps in 2011 in Miami with Lennar Homes, the largest residential builder in the US, performing different roles within the sales department, such as in-house local sales agent and landing in the international sales department in 2014 where he had the opportunity to present and sell the Lennar product in different corners of the United States and the world, repetitively such as China, Turkey, Mexico and Colombia among other countries.

Ricardo generated approximately $75M in sales since 2011, selling product such as single family homes, townhomes and condos assisting local and international buyers as well as families looking for a second home in the US.

Before Real Estate, Ricardo was the International Sales Director for MTV, Nickelodeon and Vh1 Networks in Miami Beach, FL where he worked for 10 years covering all Latin America and before, he worked at Discovery Channel as an international sales coordinator covering Latin America, Spain and Portugal.

As a Miami local, Ricardo knows the city of Miami and its surroundings very well and his advice has been very well appreciated by local and international buyers who are looking for that particular property.

Ricardo is an avid volunteer for charities since his early age and he is very committed to help those who need the most.
