About Arlene

I was a facilities/safety manager in various types of companies/organizations throughout my career. When employed by Lee County Government's, Facilities Management Department, as their service contracts manager, I secured and managed leased commercial properties and associated services as required for county departments.

Secured my Florida Real Estate license in 2000. While working with Coldwell Banker I leased properties and managed them...being hired for a large corporation as their Facilities/Safety Director. I took a 14 year leave from Real estate. I re-activated my Real Estate License and for the past 8 years I have been selling Residential property and LOVING IT!!!

Relocating from New York city and living in Southwest Florida for the past 31 years I am very familiar with the neighborhoods. That puts me in a better position to work with buyers or sellers being so knowledgeable about Southwest Florida

After being awarded the "Voice for Equality Award", from Equality Florida in 2014, I continue to be very involved in equality in the SW Florida LGBTQ+ community. A Ft.
