About Evan

Right from the start he was open, receptive and a great listener. We had a nearly impossible ask in a crazy market, and he was completely non-judgmental, positive, patient and realistic. He even didn't flinch when we backed out of the first offer we made that was accepted. The price and timing weren't quite right and he stuck with us for another couple of months while we continued to search. He made multiple trips to show us places both virtually and in person and always made it seem like he was happy to do so.

This review has been long overdue. Evan helped my fiance and I purchase our first home back in January. We met Evan at an open house 6 months prior. We kept his card on the fridge and when we stumbled upon a house that was too good not to jump on, we gave him a call. When he answered, he apologized for the background noise since he was at a restaurant (talk about responsive!) I wasn't sure if he remembered us but surprisingly, he did! He immediately gathered all the info about the house and said he would look into it and get back to me in a little bit. Since he was at dinner, I wasn't expecting to hear back until tomorrow but not even 30 minutes later, he texted me back with all the details. Right from the beginning, Evan made what was already a stressful process, easy and fun. He was always ready to answer any questions we had. We never had to worry whether or not we could reach him. If we couldn't get a hold of him, he would always return our call or text in a timely manner. He even picked up once as he was walking into a theater to catch a movie. We were so impressed by his attentiveness. Thanks to Evan, our experience with buying our first home went smoothly! He is our go-to guy for all our real estate needs from here on out. You really can't go wrong with him on your team!

Let me start by saying that we are not the easiest clients. We have high aspirations, but are working within a certain budget that is not that easy to find these days. Evan was dauntless in securing properties for us to see, getting our offers in, advising on countless issues. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the business of real estate from both the buyers and sellers' perspective, he is a delightful guy, extremely affable and a pleasure to work with. Evan was phenomenal all around. We were not super familiar with San Diego, so he was great about dividing it up into digestible zones so we could zero in on where we wanted to live. He was great with communication, had a lot of patience when my husband and I had different viewpoints, kept on top of escrow and our loan guy to ensure that the whole process seemed seamless. We were also in a multiple offer situation and Evan guided us through flawlessly and also kept us sane as it was nerve racking. He was super professional, but more importantly is fun and has a great sense of humor.

I was very fortunate to have found Evan prior to my relocation to San Diego. I had never been to San Diego before so Evan’s knowledge & familiarity w/ our community & neighborhoods made all the difference during this otherwise stressful work/life move. His professionalism, attention to detail & follow through is first class & unparalleled to by previous buying experiences.
