John is a California real estate broker and the owner of the boutique brokerage serving San Luis Obispo county California, as well holding his brokerage license in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been a Realtor and investor for over twenty years. During this time he also was a luxury home builder and his former company Classic California Homes was recognized as Best Builder by the city of Pismo Beach, CA in 2007. His custom properties were featured in the California Parade of Homes and in Central Coast Magazine. John continues towork with high end clients and aspiring investors, both for their own luxury homes and for rental properties. His focus is on the numbers, negotiation, and stretching your dollar. He is very experienced in 1031 exchanges from his own history of investments, and decides which property to invest in based on the capitalization rates and regional trends.

John's husband James is also a licensed Realtor. James's passion is working with first time buyers and clients that believed they could never own a home. His mission is to build a lasting relationship with each client, and to make sure they feel taken care of during the whole process. James sets himself apart from other Realtors by being willing to spend more time working with you. Buying your first home is a big undertaking, he will be with you at each step of the journey. James has a keen sense of marketing due to his background as Director of Marketing for a large nationally known franchise prior to his real estate career.
