Charlotte, North Carolina, is the state’s largest city and the second-largest city in the southeast. It’s near the LGBT Community Center and a number of businesses, restaurants, attractions, and clubs. There are few residences here, but they can be found. However, they tend to be the most expensive houses in the city and are priced at $800,000 or more. Be prepared to pay as much as $1.2 million.
Over in the NoDa area, you’ll find many art studios and boutiques. Here, single family houses range from $150,000 to around $475,000. Condos are often priced between $145,000 and $289,000.
