Clearwater Gay Neighborhoods
Set in Pinellas County, Clearwater is home to almost 110,000 people. This city in Florida is a part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metro area, which means that anyone who lives here is within commuting distance of many different businesses, event centers, and restaurants. The city is one of the sunniest in the country; in fact, Clearwater is in the Guinness Book of World Records for having 361 consecutive days of sunshine!
Clearwater is known for hosting one of the largest LGBT pride parades in the area and for being incredibly gay-friendly. The entire city is basically a gay neighborhood, which is why a lot of people consider retiring to this part of Florida. You’ll find great homes, art galleries, boutiques, and, of course, some great beaches in Clearwater.
Single-family homes in the city start at around $200,000. The most expensive properties, though, can be priced at $5.9 million or even more.
