Anaheim, California – the happiest place on Earth! Or at least home to the happiest place on Earth: Disneyland. The amusement park is arguably the most well-known business in the city, but there’s more to Anaheim than Mickey Mouse and his friends. The city also home to a number of corporate headquarters or major offices, including AT&T, Hewlett Packard, and Panasonic.
There are a number of gay bars and LGBT-owned businesses in Anaheim, plus the large businesses like Disneyland are certainly not shy about catering to the gay and lesbian residents. As far as neighborhoods go, the entire city is LGBT-friendly. But there are a couple of places that are more like gay ghettos than others.
Anaheim Hills, for example, is a very expensive part of the city that is home to some very impressive people. It will cost you, but if you have the money, it’s well worth it. Condos here sell for anywhere from $100,000 to $625,000. Single-family homes for sale range from $600,000 to $5.85 million.
Another area where a good number of LGBT people live is Anaheim Colony, which is where Disneyland is located. This historic district is home to a number of businesses, too. Condos are usually priced around $500,000. Single-family homes start at $400,000 and top out at around $600,000.
