Peoria, Arizona (not to be confused with the city of the same name in Illinois), is a good sized city in terms of both land size and population. It’s also one of the top cities to live in according to Money Magazine, which has put Peoria on its Top 100 Places to Live list several times. The city has continued to grow to this day, annexing more land and adding more businesses and shopping districts.
Peoria is part of the Phoenix metro area’s West Valley, which includes Glendale, Avondale, Buckeye, and more. Peoria is considered one of the most affordable areas.
