About Marilyn

With a keen interest in Vallarta's development, Marilyn is excited to be part of the burgeoning real estate market in Puerto Vallarta and around the Bay of Banderas (Bahia de Banderas). She is an A.M.P.I. Associate (Broker) and a member of Multi-List Vallarta and Flex MLS. Marilyn brings with her a passion for service excellence, professionalism and complete client satisfaction. She has received the distinction of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), which is a specialty group of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) that focuses on international real estate. She also holds a Professional Real Estate License at the Federal level in Mexico (CONOCER).

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Marilyn has lived in Puerto Vallarta since 1990, mastering the art of living in Mexico. With expertise in various facets of real estate gained from over a decade in the industry, she brings a wealth of local knowledge and real estate savvy. Marilyn has proven to be a tremendous asset to both clients and colleagues alike. She is active with her local AMPI Association Chapter as a member of the Board of Directors and oversees the Code of Ethics course required for all AMPI Vallarta associates and affiliates.
