Although not a Colorado native, I have spent the majority of my adult life living in the Denver-Boulder metro area. I received my bachelors' degree in Psychology and later went on to culinary school. Before I began my real estate career in 2001, I did many things, including being a counselor at a residential treatment center for adolescents, a job coach for disabled people, and chef/owner of my own catering business in Boulder. Although I was interested in real estate, I resisted getting my license for some time because the image I had of what a realtor was did not match who I was as a person....

Bill came to Denver in the early 80’s to attend the University of Denver and fell in love with the climate, mountains, and the area ... so he decided to call DENVER “HOME.” He has owned many businesses in the metropolitan area of Denver, most recently The Capitol Hill Mansion Bed and Breakfast.

His knowledge of neighborhoods has helped sellers and buyers find the right match for their situation. He believes in Education in order to be aware of the trends in the marketplace of Denver and that is why he got his GRI and SRES designations.
