We do not give or sell ANY of your information to any 3rd party companies for marketing purposes. The only person who will receive your information is the agent you contact or are referred to. I don't even know if I qualify to buy a home - can I still work with a real estate agent from your network?

Absolutely! Our agents will be able to provide mortgage lender contact information (or perhaps even two or three) who can help you determine your financial ability to purchase, an approximately price range, and a "Pre-Qualification" letter. Am I obligated to hire the agent I contact?

No, you are under no obligation to hire any of the agents you contact or who are referred to you, but we certainly hope you will. We have been in business since the early 90’s and have taken great care and pride in developing our network of professional agents who are the BEST at assisting the LGBT community.

What if I have initial contact with an agent and I don't feel comfortable working with the agent?

Sometimes this can happen and of course we want you to have a high level of confidence and satisfaction with an agent. I'm confused and hesitant about making a real estate purchase or sale in this economy. What should I do?

You should be as informed as possible! Each area of the country has its own unique real estate market and trends. The best way to make a sound decision is to consult with a real estate agent in that specific area. Every market has its own unique opportunities, no matter the economic climate.

I am relocating to a city that I am not familiar with. Can the agent help me learn about my new surroundings?

Each agent will be able to provide you with extremely helpful information regarding your move. Just explain your situation and what you information you would like (such as schools, shopping, storage companies, contractors, etc.) and the agent will be happy to provide it.

Can one of your agents help me find a rental?

Our agents have the expertise to assist you with a sale or purchase of real estate and the majority do not officially assist with rentals. However, that being said, if you are in need of a short-term rental either before or after a real estate transaction, our agents can certainly offer guidance in locating a rental.
