How much does this program cost?
The fee is based upon the population of your city and varies between $19.95 (under 100,000 in population), to $44.95 per month (over 1,000,000 in population) and a 25% referral fee at closing.
Yes - The referral fee is very reasonable! We realize that many of the national companies are now charging upwards of 45 to 50% and we think this is unfair and excessive.

Why do I have to pay a monthly fee and a referral fee?
It’s a great question - the answer is simple. Our average PPC costs to promote JUST our on-line companies and keep them in the top positions is $15,000.00+ per month! The monthly fee we collect helps us guarantee to you, that we can remain in the TOP SEARCH POSITIONS.
Listen - I’m a broker and I understand the costs of doing business, I know the monthly fee and a 25% referral fee may seem high, my comment to you is this - most of the large National Relocation
Companies have been charging a 35% referral fee for a few years now and there are some that charge up to 50%! I think it’s unfair. How about the company that wants to sell you a “zip code” for $500.00 to $1500.00 per month!
You also have other "gay" realtor guides that are reasonably priced... BUT you can't find them anywhere! What good is a small monthly fee, if the company is nowhere to be found? These companies can't possibly compete with us, we SPEND 4 to 5 times their "total annual fees" MONTHLY just on advertising! You occasionally can find them in a search engine (below us), during their annual campaign to get renewals, you certainly will never find them in the national gay print glossies and thousands of other sources you'll find us.

How do you track the leads I receive?
The minute a client requests to work with you, our multiple platform referral systems send out an automated “Referral Update Request” to you within 3 days. The request will come in the form of an e-mail with a link
you click on to fill in a quick 30 second update. This update is auto logged and each 30 days thereafter, you (and our client) receive an update request to provide us the latest status. This process continues through
closing.

How long is my commitment?
Listings are paid in advance for 6 months and are automatically billed every 6 months thereafter - you may cancel at any time prior to your automatic renewal dates.

How do I get referrals?
Your potential client comes to our web site(s) searching for a Gay / Gay Friendly / Lesbian Real Estate Agent to buy or sell a home. On the main page they enter "city and state" and a list of Realtors for that location is shown,
the potential client reads through the agent bios (information you will provide when you sign up) and chooses the Real Estate Agent they wish to work with. The client then clicks on the "Contact this Agent" button and fills out
a brief form. Once the form has been submitted, our back end systems automatically send you a text message notifying you a new referral has been received in your e-mail, at the same time the client receives all of your contact
information so they can contact you directly if needed.
You will also receive a voice call. The National Association of REALTORS has reported that potential buyers and sellers searching on the internet usually contact more than one agent AND 90% of the time the client will work
with the first agent that contacts them!
It's critical you know about new leads and call them ASAP :)
